		+	:...That's a bit of an odd request, but yes, it is possible. By editing [[POWERUP.TXT]], one can easily set the time limit for Ethereal Pedestrians to last for the entire race. By editing [[RACES.TXT]], one can change all levels to start with 1800 seconds just as easily. Remember to decrypt the [[data files]] first. As for actually making the game start with an Ethereal Pedestrians powerup when a race starts, something on the back of my mind tells me it's possible, but I don't think there's any normal, good way to do it. Your best bet would be to use [[Cheat mode]] and press Ctrl+Shift+8 at the start of each race. Information for how to change all those things is in the pages I linked to.
