The Turbo Cops powerup increases The Cops' acceleration, just like the Turbo Opponents powerup does to the opponents. And just like that one, the effects of this powerup are hardly noticeable.
This is an unused powerup in Carmageddon II, because the Cop system isn't implemented. This doesn't even work in The Bruise Brothers mission.
